The Zooms

  • Three groups of coaching Zoom sessions covering important topics including
  • cycle health and hormones, gut, liver, and metabolism
  • You have the opportunity to ask questions and share your journey/ struggles.
  • Zoom session recordings will be circulated with detailed show notes and links to those who cannot attend.
  • Mini guides for each Zoom will be sent with a Zoom link and uploaded to the curriculum after the Zoom session.

Micro habits

Each week, we focus on a set of micro habits to support the foundations of female health.

One of the worst feelings as a woman is feeling disconnected from your body.


The plan is designed to educate you and give you the tools to tap into your body, so you nourish your body and mind, thrive and glow!




Metabolism

The Glow UP dives deep into metabolic functions, including what supports it and what hinders it as women. We dive deep into the role of blood sugar, protein, fiber, gut, and liver health circadian rhythms and movement.


We have an entire Zoom sessions dedicated to female hormones, thyroid, and metabolism with tools to support female hormones, live in alignment with your hormones, and feel your best!


Separate mini guides are included for each Zoom and will be released and added to the curriculum post Zoom session.

Hormones

In 2015, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended that menstruation is a vital sign. Our cycle is our 5th vital sign.


Our hormones are chemical messengers, constantly communicating throughout the body. One of their main jobs is to RESPOND to our environment.


One of the biggest environmental cues they are responding to is the metabolic stressors we place on ourselves.


The plan will help give you the tools to support hormones day in and day out, no matter the phase of your cycle or if you are peri and post menopausal.
