WELCOME to the NTG Glow UP

The NTG Glow UP is a transformative journey designed to help you create a supportive environment for your health. It goes beyond quick fixes and fad diets to focus on mastering the foundational habits that are essential for optimal balance. By understanding the importance of creating a supportive environment for your body, you can set yourself up for long-term success in achieving optimal health and wellness. This course is all about empowering you with the knowledge and tools to make sustainable lifestyle changes that will benefit your overall well-being.

Each week in the NTG Glow UP, we focus on a specific set of habits that are key to supporting your body. You will learn how to stack these habits week by week, creating a solid framework for optimal health. By implementing small, consistent changes over time, you can create a supportive environment that allows your body to function harmoniously. This approach sets the stage for better overall health and well-being.

What is it: A six-week program centered around developing micro habits to support metabolism, hormones , circadian rhythms, gut and liver health and beyond!

  • Each Sunday, you can expect a supportive email from me, Sarah, as part of our NTG Glow UP course. These emails are designed to help you stay on track with your new micro habits. In the email, I will break down the specific micro habits to focus on for the upcoming week. This will give you a clear direction and goal to work towards, making it easier for you to stay motivated and accountable. Additionally, the email will include a handy checklist to keep you organized, a recipe spotlight to inspire you in the kitchen, a grocery list to make shopping a breeze, and some tools and tips related to that week's pillar.
  • Think of these emails as your weekly dose of support and guidance to help you succeed on your glow up journey.These Sunday emails are meant to provide you with that extra boost. By receiving regular communication from me, you have the opportunity to ask questions, seek clarification, or simply feel connected to the NTG Glow UP community. The goal is to create a seamless learning experience where you feel supported every step of the way. Remember, you are not alone on this journey, and together, we can achieve amazing results.
  • As part of our program, I offer access to a private Instagram group designed to support, motivate and provide accountability for you over the next six weeks.

The Zoom Session

There are three interactive Zoom sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, to provide you with additional in-depth knowledge on key topics (broken down below) These sessions are designed to empower you. You don't need to attend live and can submit questions in advance.

  • Three 45-minute Zoom sessions diving deeper into:
    • Hormones: estrogen, progesterone, ovulation, fertility,  peri + post-menopause and thyroid
    • Circadian, gut, and liver health
    • Metabolism + making the habits stick
